Jay-Z and Beyonce hit the City of Lights to celebrate the rapper’s 38th birthday in an unusually passive style.

According to People.com spies the pair spent their first day huddled up at the exclusive Hotel Meurice before taking a romantic drive around the French capital where they resigned to an intimate dinner at L’Avenue followed by some late-night cabaret.
